Job Description
Arcade and Facilities Tech is responsible for providing and maintaining a quality presentation of the audio-visual experience for our theaters. Ensuring that the bowling and gaming area are operating at the highest level of efficiency. And general maintenance of the entire facility.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of arcade games.
  • Ensure all games are functioning properly and safely.
  • Conduct routine checks and repairs on bowling lanes, pinsetters, ball returns, and scoring systems.
  • Address any technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Perform basic building maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, painting, and carpentry. Ensure all facilities are in good working order.
  • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot audio-visual equipment for presentations and events.
  • Assist with the technical aspects of event preparation and execution.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulations. Ensure that all maintenance work is conducted safely and in compliance with local building codes.
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to support overall facility operations.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Address any facility-related issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Be prepared to respond quickly to emergencies, such as equipment failures or safety hazards, to ensure guest and staff safety.
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
