Our enterprise-level client is seeking to add an AV System Engineer to the team in New York City. Please see below for full details-

Pay Rate = $35-39 w2 per hour + benefits
Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled AV System Engineer to provide hands-on support for conference room systems, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco video conferencing units, and Crestron control systems. This role focuses on day-to-day troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of AV setups to ensure smooth, high-quality meetings and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site support for conference room technology, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco VC systems, and Crestron control panels.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AV-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Perform regular maintenance, testing, and configuration of AV equipment.
  • Assist with the setup and operation of meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
  • Maintain documentation of room configurations and service activities.
Requirements:
  • 2-5+ years of experience in enterprise-level AV and IT support.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco VC systems, and Crestron devices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
  • Experience supporting executive-level users.
  • Familiarity with digital signage, audio mixers, and AV-over-IP systems.
