• Design and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, harness layouts, grounding, and bonding strategie

s• Architect, configure, and support PDM (Power Distribution Module)–based power management systems to intelligently distribute, monitor, and protect electrical load

s• Define load prioritization, current limits, fault protection, redundancy strategies, and diagnostic behavior using programmable and solid-state power distribution controller

s• Transition legacy fuse/relay-based architectures to modern digital and solid-state power distribution solutions where appropriat

e• Ensure seamless integration of PDM controllers with touchscreen displays, digital switching systems, audio, lighting, and CAN-based network

s• Design and manage power distribution for key onboard systems including ballast systems, surf and wake control systems, helm electronics, marine audio systems, lighting systems, and onboard accessory and convenience system

s• Specify batteries, charging systems, switching hardware, ECUs, sensors, actuators, and power components to meet performance, durability, and marine compliance requirement
