Job Title: Software Engineer
Contract Length: 12+ Months
Location: Chandler, AZ 85286 (Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Seeking a Software Engineer to support integration development and clean data movement between lending origination systems. This role will contribute to multiple ongoing projects within an Agile software engineering environment and collaborate closely with integration and development teams.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote in Chandler, AZ.

Key Responsibilities


  • Write, test, and debug Java code to support backend application development
  • Collaborate with developers and team members to design and implement new features
  • Maintain and improve existing application codebases
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
  • Work with databases, APIs, and backend technologies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and technical issues
  • Document code, processes, and technical implementations
  • Stay current with Java technologies, frameworks, and development practices
  • Contribute to moderately complex software engineering initiatives and deliverables
  • Support integration development and data movement between lending origination systems

Required Qualifications


  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent combination of:

  • Experience with Java programming and object-oriented programming principles
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL
  • Experience using version control systems such as Git
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
