Job Description

As a Solutions Software Field Application Engineer (FAE), you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of our software solutions with customer hardware SoC/IoT systems. You will collaborate closely with our engineering team to provide valuable product feedback and serve as a liaison between customers and engineers. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the sales team and managing customer-specific projects that integrate with our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate customer support software with our solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software integration.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers to provide product feedback and improvements.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the engineering team, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Develop, support, and demonstrate proof of concepts using our hardware development kits.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Support customer visits and trade shows as requested.

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS (BS) degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of Software programming experience.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB programming.
  • Experience in software integration and customer support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineering within an agile process.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
