AV/VTC Mid-Level SME (Intermediate AV/VTC Specialist)
Position Summary
Provides day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of enterprise AV/VTC systems and meeting technologies. Supports conference rooms, virtual meetings, training events, and multimedia systems while ensuring reliable and timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain AV/VTC equipment and enterprise collaboration technologies.
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Poly RealPresence meetings.
  • Troubleshoot audio, video, connectivity, camera, microphone, and presentation issues.
  • Support conference room scheduling, setup, testing, and event execution.
  • Assist with installation and configuration of AV/VTC hardware and software.
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Support recording, webcasting, and multimedia distribution activities.
  • Maintain asset inventories and equipment documentation.
  • Escalate complex incidents to senior technical staff.
  • Support training sessions and end-user assistance for collaboration tools.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, or related discipline.
