Position Summary


We are looking for an Associate Producer for our Las Vegas studio to support the game design team through pre-production. The game design team is made up of game designers and mathematicians who create designs and implement math models for eTab games. The Associate Producer's primary focus is managing and scheduling play sessions and math feedback, running bi-weekly design/math reviews, and keeping the team's day-to-day activities on track. The role works closely with the Senior Game Design and Math Producer to align scheduling and keep every game moving through the pipeline.ย 


Primary Roles and Responsibilitiesย 

  • Schedule and manage play sessions across the pre-production pipeline, coordinating participants, timing, and follow-up.
  • Track and route math feedback between designers, mathematicians, and stakeholders, ensuring feedback is captured and addressed.
  • Plan and run bi-weekly design and math review meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate with the Senior Game Design and Math Producer on scheduling priorities and keep them informed on the status of all games.
  • Track each game's progress against the pre-production schedule, flagging risks, delays, or dependencies.
  • Maintain documentation of play session outcomes, math iteration cycles, and review notes.
  • Communicate tasks and updates to all necessary team members and manage these through to successful completion.
  • Support the Senior Game Design and Math Producer on special projects and process improvements as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong, clear communicator with the ability to coordinate across creative and technical teams.
  • Excellent at following up on task completion, identifying dependencies, and disseminating information to colleagues and management.
  • Understanding of game development processes and pipelines.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and displays strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, with a passion for making games and continuous growth.
  • Comfortable managing shifting priorities and multiple concurrent schedules.


Experience and Education

  • 0-3 years of professional experience in a similar production or coordination role
  • College degree or equivalent; game design or production training is preferred
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Trello, and/or other task management software is a plus
  • Interest in game design and/or math modeling is a plus
