You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience supporting AV systems, conferencing platforms, and event technology
  • Experience with direct handson operation, configuration, and troubleshooting of AV systems in live environments
  • Experience planning, setting up, and executing AV support for meetings, VTCs, hybrid events, and classified environments
  • Experience with AV signal flow, audio DSPs, video codecs, control systems, and AVoverIP technologies
  • Experience operating and troubleshooting AV systems, including displays, switchers, microphones, speakers, codecs, and cameras
  • Experience supporting enterprise collaboration environments such as Teams, Zoom, and WebEx
  • Knowledge of basic networking protocols for AV system configuration and connectivity
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience integrating or commissioning AV systems in enterprise or secure environments
  • Experience supporting seniorlevel leader briefings and classified operational centers, and escalating incidents to higher-tier teams
  • Knowledge of acoustic engineering principles and advanced AV troubleshooting methods
  • Knowledge of oncall processes, afterhours support models, or operational recall procedures
  • Ability to work independently in a hightempo environment
  • Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills, to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Security+ or Network+ Certification
  • OEM Certifications such as Crestron, Extron, Poly, and Cisco Room Systems Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
