Job description

The Production Coordinator is responsible for the assistance and production of services at Elmbrook Church primarily relating to the Lake Country campus. This role serves in the creation and execution of background audio, stage design, programming of lights and importing of visual elements to enhance service experience.

Major Responsibilities
  • Format and arrange lyrics slides and backgrounds for the weekend.
  • Programming of stage lighting for the weekend and events.
  • Front of House audio direction of volunteers, maintenance and support for the weekend and events.
  • Weekly video production for website and Facebook live feed.
  • Oversight of occasional sermon streamed from Brookfield campus requiring coordination with the Production Director and service execution
  • Works with the Campus Worship Coordinator with oversight and influence from the Campus Pastor to execute an excellent weekend service.
  • Responsible for scheduling and managing all tech teams at Lake Country.
  • Responsible for overseeing teams for rehearsals and services.
  • Train and invest in new volunteers and develop good relationships to promote a positive team culture.
  • Maintain and support usable venues for meetings and events around the campus and provide training for volunteers to run tech in ministries such as groups, classes, and students.
  • Provide technical support for Elmbrook events hosted at Lake Country, as well as to organizations that rent our facility.
  • Weddings and Funerals (rotating between campuses as needed)
  • Working with the Elmbrook Church's Tuesday service planning team to establish alignment and fulfillment of the church's vision through services.
  • Attend and contribute to a Campus staff meeting and All staff meeting.
  • Attend and contribute to Weekend Planning and cross-campus tech meetings.
  • Attend weekly student ministry gatherings to provide technical support and intentionally invest in developing student volunteers in production roles.
  • Maintaining and repairing tech equipment as needed.
  • Coordinate with Elmbrook Church production team to create and implement stage design at the Lake Country campus.
  • Review last week's services provide feedback and look for new things we can improve on.
  • Misc. related responsibilities may be assigned on an as-needed basis.
  • Demonstrate a vibrant and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Active participant or member of Elmbrook church who supports and endorses the statement of faith, core values and vision

  • Experience mixing and operating live audio in a Front of House (FOH) environment.
  • A technical understanding of lighting, visual presentation and audio program software, camera operation and other technical operations.
Employment Information

This position is part-time, hourly and classified as non-exempt

20 hours/week.

Benefits Package

Paid Time Off (PTO) - Part-time employees who are scheduled to work more than 10 hours per week are eligible to earn PTO. PTO is accrued on a calendar year basis. Refer to the Staff Handbook for specific details.

403b - Employees are eligible to participate in the 403b pension plan if they are scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week. Entry dates for the 403b plan are the first of the month following the date of hire. Elmbrook will match up to 3% on an employee's first anniversary.

Holidays - Part-time employees who are scheduled to work more than 10 hours per week are eligible for holiday pay if the holiday falls on their normal scheduled workday. Refer to the Staff Handbook for specific details

The Campus Production Coordinator will be accountable and report directly to the Lake Country Campus Worship Leader.
