Description 

Ford AV is seeking a highly organized Travel Coordinator to manage all company travel logistics. As part of our Accounting team, you’ll be responsible for booking travel—including flights, lodging, and transportation—while ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies. 

This role involves maintaining accurate travel records, communicating itineraries, and reconciling travel-related expenses. 

  • Book travel arrangements for employees (airfare, lodging, car rentals) 
  • Research cost-effective options and apply travel rewards 
  • Maintain travel logs and communicate itineraries 
  • Track receipts and reconcile travel credit card statements 
  • Manage vendor relationships with airlines, hotels, and agencies 
  • Assist with travel-related expense reporting and reconciliation 

Qualifications 

  • Experience booking corporate travel and negotiating with vendors 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines 
  • Proficient in typing and 10-key 
  • Strong written and verbal communication
