The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
We are seeking a driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Audi Pembroke Pines, part of the Holman Automotive Group. Audi Pembroke Pines is a premier destination for luxury automotive sales, and we're looking for professionals who can uphold this standard.
As a Sales Consultant, you will:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate and explain the features, performance, and benefits of Audi vehicles in our showroom and on the road as well.
  • Stay up to date on the latest Audi models, technology, and market trends.
  • Assist customers in every step of the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
  • Work with the Sales Manager and Finance Consultant to finalize the sale, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable purchasing process.
  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for the sale and registration of the vehicle.
  • Make arrangements for vehicle delivery and coordinate registration to ensure a smooth handoff to the customer.
  • Attend and complete manufacturer and company training programs to maintain product expertise and adhere to brand and Holman standards.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.

What We're Looking for:
  • High School Diploma and one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience in premium or luxury sales is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Must also be able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages with accuracy.
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
