Pay Range: * We offer competitive compensation that is commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $125,000 - $150,000 USD Annually
Audi San Diego has an outstanding opportunity for a Shop Foreman to join their team and the Holman Family!
What will you do?
  • Supervise, mentor and assist with the development of technicians in the workshop

  • Monitor and manage OEM certification and Holman training for each technician

  • Maintain inventory and readiness of special tools and equipment

  • Partner with regional TDA to assist with onboarding and career development for technicians

  • Serve as a liaison between the Service Manager, Service Advisors, Dispatcher, Parts personnel, Technicians, Warranty Administration and clients

  • Maintain close contact with OEM field technical service support personnel

  • Ensure quality control inspections and road tests are completed as applicable post repairs

  • Ensure adhesion to warranty policies and procedures

  • Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

  • Assign jobs according to technician/team skillset and workload requirements

  • Manage team goals, metrics, KPI's, work volume

  • Effectively coach, give performance feedback and provide development opportunities within own area of responsibility or department

  • Assist with employee evaluations and goal setting

What are we looking for?
  • 5-7 years' experience in the automotive field as a technician

  • Experienced in service principles, concepts and service department operations

  • Reviewing and improving processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and accuracy

  • Current ASE Certifications

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Clean Driving record or minimal violations

Regular Full-Time

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $60,800.00 - $86,640.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
