  • Ensure all customer payments are collected, authorized, and accurately processed, completing daily financial reports.
  • Greet every customer with a warm, professional welcome—whether in person or over the phone
  • Confirm and manage daily service appointments, rescheduling when needed and handling phone interactions with care
  • Respond to customer questions and concerns using phone, text, email, and our CRM—offering timely, thoughtful solutions
  • Organize and track customer feedback, escalating to management when additional support is needed
  • Maintain clear, accurate records of customer concerns and follow through until resolution
  • Build trust and rapport with customers and team members through respectful, reliable communication
