Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Auction Inductors. In this role, you will be the bridge between our physical inventory and our online marketplace. You will be responsible for identifying, sorting, and listing a variety of items on our online auction site, ensuring each listing is accurate and high-quality to drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
  • Auction Induction: Evaluate incoming products, take clear photos, and write brief, accurate descriptions to list items for sale on our auction platform.
  • Scanning & Sorting: Efficiently process inventory using RF scanners to maintain real-time tracking.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all listed items meet company standards for condition and accuracy.
  • Warehouse Flow: Assist in stacking, unstacking, and palletizing items to keep the workflow moving smoothly.
  • Performance Goals: Strive to meet and exceed daily listing and productivity quotas.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot flaws or unique features in products to provide accurate online descriptions.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, tablets, or handheld devices to navigate listing software.
  • Physical Stamina: Able to lift up to 20 lbs, as well as bend, twist, and stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Communication: Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly (required for writing item descriptions).
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working both independently and as part of a high-energy team.
  • Reliability: A strong work ethic and a "get it done" attitude are essential.

Requirements

  • Attendance: A proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Background: Must be able to pass a standard background check.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred (but not required).
  • Experience: Previous warehouse or e-commerce listing experience (eBay, Poshmark, etc.) is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate!
