About the Role

Grit Auctions is a fast-growing Colorado auction company specializing in heavy equipment, vehicles, and commercial liquidations. We’re looking for a dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support day-to-day yard operations and auction load-outs.

This is not a typical warehouse role—you’ll be working with a wide variety of equipment in an active, outdoor environment where reliability and attention to detail matter.


What You’ll Do

  • Operate forklifts and yard equipment to move, stage, and load inventory
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipping containers
  • Organize and maintain auction yard layout for efficient operations
  • Assist with auction load-out days (verify paid invoices, coordinate pickups, interact with customers)
  • Prepare items for auction (staging, organization, ensuring readiness)
  • Track and verify inventory for accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard
  • Follow all safety procedures and equipment guidelines

  • Forklift experience required (higher pay tier for strong operators)
