Auction House Assistant Jobs in Indiana (NOW HIRING)

Pay range:
From $13.5 - $15.5 ; based on experience + tips
Job Summary:
As a Front of House Guest Service Associate, you will be expected to learn cashier, expediter and drive-thru positions. You will greet our guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. You will also serve food that meets our high-quality standards while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.
Responsibilities:
Cashier:

• Knowledge and understanding of our menu
• Take pride in every aspect of your work and perform with enthusiasm
• Communicate and work with your team to give outstanding service to our guests
• Greet every guest with a smile!

Expediter/Server:

• Be able to recognize our food as it is presented from the kitchen
• Ensure all food is being made properly before being handed out to guests
• Communication with kitchen and servers
• Assist with take-out/phone orders
• Serve & auction food properly and in a timely manner
• Cleaning and sanitizing as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication and positive attitude
• Must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain Food Handler certificate
• Must work to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs
