We' re seeking a detail-driven team player to help scan, digitize, and organize official documents into our secure digital records system. If you enjoy structured work, find satisfaction in precision, and want to be part of something that truly matters, we want to hear from you.
What You' ll Do
  • Scan and digitize physical county records with speed and precision
  • Maintain high accuracy levels in all documentation to meet department standards
  • Correctly label, sort, and store files in a secure electronic system
  • Follow data entry procedures and confidentiality guidelines at all times
  • Enter data quickly and accurately using strong keyboarding skills
  • Work with your team to resolve unclear or incomplete documentation
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality to keep workflow on track
What We' re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous clerical, scanning, or data entry experience a plus but not required
  • Sharp attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to follow step-by-step procedures and retain information
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a quiet, structured office setting
  • Typing Speed, Accuracy and Proficiency Required - (You must pass a typing test with us)
