Job Summary

The ATV and UTV Porter supports daily operations by preparing vehicles for sale and delivery, transporting units and equipment, and maintaining a clean, organized lot and shop area.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

Transport ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports units between locations and to customer delivery points

Detail new and pre owned units to dealership standards for display and customer delivery

Load and unload units, parts, and equipment safely and securely

Perform basic inspections to ensure units are clean, fueled, and ready for sale or delivery

Assist with unit setup and staging on the lot or showroom floor

Ensure correct units and equipment are delivered as scheduled

Obtain signatures and maintain accurate delivery and pickup records

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lot, shop, and wash area

Operate trucks, trailers, and other dealership equipment safely

Participate in required training and follow all company policies

Accurately record hours worked in the company timekeeping system

Follow all Federal, State, Local, and company safety guidelines

Maintain the value, quality, and integrity of Brinson Powersports vehicles


General Responsibilities

Report to work on time and ready to perform assigned duties

Maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward customers and coworkers


Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred

Previous porter, delivery, detailing, or warehouse experience is a plus

Comfortable working with ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, or similar equipment

Strong customer service and communication skills

Basic computer and smartphone skills

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report

Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and self motivation

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Professional appearance


Working Conditions

This position involves working both indoors and outdoors in a powersports dealership environment and requires exposure to weather, noise, and shop conditions.
