Denago Powersports is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to support our nationwide dealer network. This role is ideal for an experienced powersports, automotive, EV, or small-engine technician who wants to stay technical while transitioning out of daily shop work.


You'll work directly with dealer technicians to diagnose issues, identify repair solutions, assist with warranty questions, and help keep customers back on the trails.


What You'll Do

  • Provide realtime phone support to authorized dealers
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic issues
  • Assist with warranty questions, repair procedures, and parts identification
  • Document all support cases in the CRM system
  • Stay current on product updates, service bulletins, and new models
