What you will do in this role:

  • Travel to Events (about 25-35 weeks per year)
  • Handle customer inquiries in person
  • Represent RM as an ambassador of the company
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Enter new customer information into the system/ update existing customer information
  • Process customer orders
  • Document transaction information according to standard operating procedures
  • Use of cash register and credit card machine
  • Load and unload retail setup
  • Stage inventory and set up exhibit at road shows
  • Backfill inventory throughout events
  • Troubleshoot hardware or connectivity issues
  • Demonstrate leadership skills
  • Present positive and upbeat representation of the company
  • Work collaboratively and cooperatively with others, committing to a workplace of teamwork, dignity, and respect
  • Lift up to 75 lbs solo, and up to 200 lbs assisted
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

Position performance will require the regular physical ability to walk and function in elevation changes by the means of self-propulsion, to include steps, ladders, and varied walking and working surfaces. Ability to negotiate warehouse work areas in a safe manner and behavior. Vision abilities specific to the position will include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus. Performing in this role will require the use of hands to use and handle tools, objects, materials, and controls. Performance requires the frequent ability to sit, talk, hear, stand, climb, balance, stoop kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee will need to be able to read, write, and understand basics of the English language. Employee may have to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and up to 200 pounds assisted or if capable.
