Job description

Consumer Attorney Marketing Group, a Woodland Hills based advertising agency that combines media buying expertise, industry experience and intensive analytics to deliver the most effective TV & radio campaigns is currently accepting applications for a Business Development Director for all US Hispanic Markets. This position will serve as our in-house Hispanic Markets expert, working alongside a top-notch sales & service team within a rapidly expanding organization, thus providing room for advancement and growth.
Title: Director, Business Development - Hispanic Markets
Classification: Salary, Exempt
Reports to: President & CEO
Summary/Objective:
The Business Development Director is an excellent communicator with the ability to speak and write clearly and concisely in both English and Spanish. The successful candidate is a self-starter with a demonstrated ability in cold-calling, follow-up, and closing deals. We value individuals who are fearless, coach-able, and can deliver desired results.
Essential Job Functions:
Ability to acquire new accounts thru high volume outbound cold-calling, research and lead generation, networking and marketing opportunities with legal firms, particularly in the US Hispanic markets.
Manage negotiations and close transactions while providing information on the client's return on investment.
Consistently perform to the highest level, exceeding each month's new business and revenue goals.
Work closely with Account Executives in communicating performance results to clients and continuously exceeding client expectations for excellence.
Proactively communicate with C-level executives on all matters relative to sales pipeline and any "at risk" client relationships.
Requirements:
Must be fluently bi-lingual in both Spanish and English with impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
2+ years of professional services sales experience required.
2+ years of Hispanic market sales experience preferred.
Proven experience with Saleforce software application.
Demonstrated track record of driving revenue as an individual while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Effective presentation skills required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other technical suites.
Understanding of advertising/media industry a big plus.
BA/BS degree preferred.
