Job description

Summary:
We are looking for a RF DVT (Design Verification Test) Engineer to join our hardware validation team. In this role, you will be the bridge between initial design and mass production, ensuring our wireless products meet stringent performance, regulatory, and carrier standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Execution & Validation: Perform comprehensive 5G Device testing, including TX power, ACLR, EVM, Sensitivity (TIS), and Radiated Power (TRP) and others. Network Simulation: Configure and operate Callboxes to simulate real-world network environments over extreme environmental conditions.
Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts (Python/LabVIEW) to increase test coverage and efficiency, maintain and analyze data. Create reports.
Compliance: Conduct pre-compliance testing for FCC/CE/IC and carrier-specific requirements (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile).
Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify performance trends, system tradeoffs, and work with HW Engineering to root cause failures, and provide actionable feedback to the HW System Design Team
Documentation: Generate detailed V&V (Verification and Validation) reports and design margin analysis. Determine product boundaries.
