Job description

Job Summary:
MetTel is a global communications solutions provider focused on secure connectivity and network services. As a Product Manager for Wireless Solutions, you will lead the discovery and launch of innovative wireless services that drive business impact, collaborating across teams to bring new offerings to market.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, validate, and prioritize net-new wireless opportunities through customer research, market analysis, and carrier partner collaboration
• Build and maintain a wireless innovation pipeline, converting insights from Sales, Customer Success, and the field into structured product hypotheses
• Define opportunity size, business model, and go-to-market approach for each initiative before committing engineering and partnership resources
• Conduct competitive analysis across carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile), managed mobility peers, and ISVs to identify white space and differentiation opportunities
• Own the wireless solutions roadmap from concept through GA, partnering with Engineering, UX, and Operations to deliver
• Partner with the Bruin platform team to ensure new wireless solutions are integrated seamlessly into MetTel's core enterprise mobility management system
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across carrier integrations, BSS/OSS systems, and third-party platforms
• Serve as the product owner for key carrier relationships (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and others) as they relate to new solution co-development
• Evaluate partner capabilities, co-marketing opportunities, and API integration paths to accelerate time-to-market for new offerings
• Partner with the Integrations + API team to ensure new wireless solutions are integrated seamlessly into MetTel's core enterprise mobility management system
• Define pricing models, packaging, and positioning for new wireless solutions in collaboration with Finance, Sales, and Marketing
• Build Sales enablement materials — battlecards, solution briefs, pitch decks — that equip the field to position new offerings effectively
• Partner with Channel and TSD teams to extend distribution of new solutions through MetTel's agent and reseller network
• Define KPIs, establish baseline metrics, and track product-market fit and revenue performance post-launch
• Conduct ongoing voice-of-customer research — interviews, win/loss analysis, NPS deep dives — to surface unmet needs in the enterprise wireless buyer journey
• Represent the voice of the wireless product portfolio in executive forums, CAB sessions, and analyst briefings
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least two years in a wireless, telecommunications, or mobility-adjacent domain
• Demonstrated track record of launching net-new products or features from 0-to-1, not just iterating on existing capabilities
• Deep familiarity with the enterprise wireless ecosystem — carriers, device OEMs, MDM/UEM platforms, and managed mobility market dynamics
• Strong commercial instincts — ability to define pricing, size opportunity, and articulate ROI for new solutions
• Experience writing PRDs, leading discovery sprints, and working with agile engineering teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to senior executives and engaging directly with enterprise customers
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments with a bias toward action and velocity
Preferred:
• Experience at a carrier (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile), managed service provider, or enterprise mobility management (EMM/UEM) vendor
• Background in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including channel sales motions and agent/TSD distribution
• MBA or advanced degree
