Job description

At AT&T, we empower leaders to drive change in a fast evolving, connected world. Your strategic vision will help serve customers and transform lives through innovative solutions and impactful connections.

As a Lead Product Technology on the AT&T Consumer AI team, you will lead change management for one of AT&T Consumer's most important transformation efforts: enabling employees and leaders to adopt and use AI effectively in their day-to-day work. You will shape the adoption strategy for AI products and experiences, including tools such as Copilot, AskAT&T, and other emerging capabilities, translating innovation into measurable business impact and helping accelerate our shift to a market-based culture.

You will partner across product, technology, operations, and business teams to drive readiness, engagement, and sustained adoption, including building and leading a network of AI Champions that extends reach across the organization. You will also create clear, compelling materials across PowerPoint, SharePoint, newsletters, and other channels to educate a range of audiences on AI capabilities and how to apply them. This is a highly cross-functional role for a leader who is energized by transformation, passionate about technology, and able to combine strong communication skills with strategic thinking to help people embrace new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

-Lead change management strategy for Consumer AI initiatives, from launch planning through sustained adoption.

-Shape adoption strategies for AI products and experiences, including Copilot, AskAT&T, and other emerging capabilities.

-Build and lead a network of AI Champions across business units to extend reach, accelerate adoption, and create peer-to-peer momentum for AI transformation.

-Create clear, compelling communications and enablement materials across PowerPoint, SharePoint, newsletters, and other channels, tailored to multiple audiences.

-Partner with product, technology, operations, and business leaders to align adoption plans with business priorities and transformation goals.

-Track adoption outcomes, gather feedback, and recommend improvements to increase usage, impact, and speed of execution.

-Champion a user-centered, change-forward culture that reinforces AT&T Consumer's market-based culture.

What We're Looking For (role requirements)

-A genuine passion for AI and emerging technology, and a curiosity to stay ahead of where the industry is going.

-A strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and translate vision into execution.

-Proven experience applying change management frameworks to drive adoption of new technology or ways of working.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft executive level messaging.

-Confidence and presence to present in front of large groups, from team workshops to enterprise-wide forums.

Education:

-Bachelor's degree (BS/BA in computer science or engineering) desired.

Experience:

-5+ years of related corporate, Product and Project Management experience.

-Certification is required in some areas. (PMP is desirable)
