We are seeking a high-caliber Principal AI & Security Architect to pioneer the deployment of production-grade conversational AI, advanced multi-agent workflows, and secure AI governance frameworks. This role sits at the unique intersection of cutting-edge Generative AI development and enterprise-grade cybersecurity orchestration. In this strategic, hands-on role, you will dictate the future architectural roadmap of our global contact center platforms fusing GraphRAG systems, vector intelligence networks, and advanced threat detection paradigms to deliver hyper-personalized, context-aware, and highly trusted customer interactions.
Job Description
Core Qualifications Required:
12+ years of progressive expertise in Enterprise AI Architecture, NLP, Distributed Computing, or complex ML Systems.
5+ years of dedicated, hands-on experience architecting production-level Generative AI and LLM platforms.
Mandatory Core Stack & Tooling: Hand-on proficiency with Weaviate, Lakera, Orca Security, OWASP for LLMs, YARA, and MITRE ATT&CK.
Advanced Architecture Mastery: Proven execution of GraphRAG frameworks (beyond baseline RAG), Multi-Agent orchestration, RLHF alignment/tuning paradigms, and distributed training/inference.
Programming & Core Infrastructure: Elite coding skills in Python, Scala, or Java.
Framework Ecosystem: Deep familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, or equivalent AI middleware.
Strong background building and scaling production-grade AI applications within distributed cloud environments.
