Summary:
Plans, coordinates, provides, intervenes, and evaluates the care of assigned patients based on the treatment plan, and individual patient needs. Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient. Develops a nursing diagnosis, and establishes care objectives.
Education:
*Minimum Education and/or: Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN); or if attended an approved nursing school must have two years of recent acute care hospital experience in the past three years.
Experience:
* One to two years' experience required. May need to complete appropriate specialty training for the area.
Credentials:
* Registered Nurse
* BLS and ACLS through AHA or Red Cross
