Station 1 Inpatient Unit is ais a dynamic and compassionate inpatient unit specializing in medical care and addiction recovery services located in Atrium Health Floyd Cherokee Medical Center.


We provide comprehensive care for individuals facing substance use disordersalongside acute and chronic medical conditions, offering a supportive environment where healing and hope go hand in hand.

At Station 1, you'll be part of a dedicated team making a real difference in the lives of patients and families. Our unit is a place of purpose, collaboration, and growth-where your skills and compassion truly matter.

We're Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing

  • Valid Alabama Registered Nurse license.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association

What You'll Do:

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.

  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Atrium Health Floyd Cherokee Medical Center is a not-for-profit 50-bed hospital in Centre, Alabama, and is part of the Atrium Health Floyd and Harbin Clinic system's comprehensive network of care.The hospital provides emergency care, imaging, drug and alcohol treatment, lab work, a pharmacy, respiratory care and surgical services.
