Registered Nurse (RN)- Atrium Health Cleveland /Kings Mountain- Med-Surg Float Pool II

Where You Will Work:

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Float RN to support our Medical-Surgical units. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units. This position is ideal for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and have strong foundational clinical skills.

We're Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • NIHSS certificate obtained within 6 months of hire

What You'll Do:

  • As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.

Atrium Health Cleveland in Shelby is a 241-bed hospital serving greater Cleveland County, NC, and the surrounding region.
