We are currently seeking a Warrant Officer Advanced Course (WOAC): CW3 PME Instructor to support this mission-critical program. This is a full-time, onsite position located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, offering the opportunity to directly contribute to the training and development of the intelligence professionals who safeguard our nation's security. Responsibilities: * Discuss WO utilization and assignments by exploring MI Warrant Officer duty positions and supporting certifications, training, and experience required to be successful in those duty positions as well as mentorship from both mentor and protรฉgรฉ perspectives. * Illustrate how future forces will operate, describe the capabilities required to carry out a range of military operations against adversaries in the expected joint operational environment, and how a commander, using military art and science, might employ these capabilities to achieve desired effects and objectives. * Develop solid working relationships with resources and enablers within and external to USAICoE to ensure POI remains current and takes into account all initiatives and actions IRT Army Transformation. * Write, edit, and develop technical documents in standard American English grammar. Minimum Requirements: * TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance required (Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance) * Former MI Officer or MI Warrant Officer in good standing with completion of Warrant Officer/Officer Intermediate Level Education or equivalent. * Experience with current policy and doctrine of the Army Intelligence Warfighting Function. This includes current versions and fielding of Army Field Manuals (FM), Army Doctrine Publications (ADP), Army Techniques Publications, (ATP) Army Regulations, and current DoD Directives. * Sufficient operational experience or training, as assessed by WOTB cadre, to effectively execute the POI. * Detailed knowledge of U.S. Code/ titles/ authorities and operational/functional relationships within the Joint, Inter-Agency, Inter-Governmental and Multinational (JIIM) construct as well as know the roles and responsibilities of National Security Organizations and Inter-agency and Inter-organizational considerations. * Familiarity/experience with How the Army Runs (HTAR), Global Force Management, executive/strategic communication. * Working knowledge of Army processes for distributing equipment and personnel, the Sustainment Readiness Model, Force Management Strategy and the basics of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE). * Working knowledge of Mission Essential Training List development, Institutional and Operational training resources, Component (COMPO) 2 (National Guard) and COMPO 3 (Reserve) integration into operations as well as instruction on WO Professional Development Programs. It would be helpful to have a background in Intelligence support to cyber operations, Intelligence support to Joint Operations, Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Environment (JIPOE), Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance, and Joint Targeting. * Working knowledge of the Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF-P) framework sufficient to effectively guide students to identify DOTMLPF-P issues and develop acceptable solutions. * Familiarity with National level strategic guidance documents (National Security Strategy, National Defense Strategy, National Military Strategy, etc...) and how these impact operational requirements.
