Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the designated FAR Part 141 Assistant Chief Instructor, supporting training, compliance, and operational excellence.
Manage flight instructor training programs, certifications, and performance evaluations.
Oversee curriculum updates and ensure adherence to FAA and University standards.
