Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming experience for customers.
• Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and making informed purchasing decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented sales floor and work area.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of products, brands, and current promotions.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support store goals and daily operations.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and engaged approach throughout the workday.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and store.

Helpful Experience

• Previous retail or customer service experience.

• What is the schedule for this job?
• This position can be full-time or part-time, with schedules Monday through Saturday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Shifts are 4, 6, or 8 hours, with approximately 18-40 hours available per week. Schedules may include opening, afternoon, or closing shifts based on your availability and store needs. Saturdays and holidays are required, with Saturdays worked on a rotating basis. We can work with your schedule to find a shift that works for you.
