• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs, utilizing thorough review of medical history and standardized assessment tools to derive actionable treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies effectively to patients and their families, ensuring their active involvement in setting rehabilitation goals.
• Implement tailored treatment protocols based on the latest evidence-based practices, patient progress, and adaptive techniques required by an evolving healthcare landscape.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes, recognizing signs that necessitate adjustments to the care plan or further medical consultation.
• Document and track patient progress meticulously, ensuring all therapy sessions, discharge summaries, and follow-up care plans align with regulatory requirements and quality standards.

You will work closely with various demographics, including individuals recovering from surgery, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurodegenerative conditions. • A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a physical therapist in Virginia.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred. However, we also welcome applications from recent graduates who demonstrate a passion for patient care.
