• Conduct thorough assessments of clients during initial consultations to accurately determine their mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy.
• Provide ongoing individual counseling sessions, utilizing active listening and evidence-informed techniques to foster a supportive atmosphere where clients can openly discuss their concerns.
• Implement strategies to monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize therapeutic effectiveness and responsiveness.
• Remain informed about current mental health practices and advancements, and actively participate in our organization's continuous professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate with other mental healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care when referrals are deemed necessary, ensuring clients receive the best possible support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

In your role as a counselor, you will work with a wide array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and stress management. Our patient population is diverse, representing different backgrounds and age groups, which requires a culturally sensitive and adaptable approach to care. Your expertise will greatly contribute to improving their overall mental health outcomes, enhancing their quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Experience with client-centered therapy practices, demonstrating an understanding of therapeutic boundaries and ethics.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred.

• Previous experience providing mental health counseling in a virtual setting is advantageous.

• Demonstrated capability in adapting therapeutic methods to meet individual client needs and preferences.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a base salary, employees are eligible for monthly productivity bonuses, which recognize and reward outstanding performance.
