Location: DFW, TX (Hybrid)


Department: Operations


Compensation: $22.50/hour | Weekly Direct Deposit


Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Job Overview

Zona Facta Collective is seeking qualified Level III Armed Security Agents to support multiple security contracts across Texas. The immediate need is for agents to fulfill the ATM Technician Security Contract in the Greater Dallas/Fort Worth area. In this role, agents will escort ATM technicians to ensure their safety and allow them to perform their tasks without interruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Escort ATM technicians to and from job sites within the Greater DFW area.
  • Ensure the safety of technicians throughout assigned shifts.
  • Maintain standby readiness and availability for deployment at the start of each scheduled shift.
  • Communicate promptly via designated channels and adhere to clock-in protocols.
  • Follow all client-specific procedures and Zona Facta Collective operational standards.

Position Requirements

  • Current Texas Level III Commissioned Security Officer License (Required).
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Reliable transportation (moderate travel required).
  • Personal Equipment Requirements:
    • Firearm (pistol) with two extra magazines.
    • Duty belt with a Level 3 holster.
    • Black body armor.
  • Uniform:
    • Zona Facta black uniform shirt (provided).
    • Tactical pants (black).
  • Prohibited Items: Body cameras and tasers are not authorized.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Military or law enforcement background (exceptions may be made for highly qualified candidates).
  • Must be available to work at least 4 weekend shifts within a 28-day cycle.

Shifts Available

  • Shifts are available 7 days a week with flexible scheduling based on client needs.
  • Candidates must be able to work 4 weekend shifts within a 28-day period.
  • Punctuality and standby readiness at the beginning of each shift are mandatory.

Important Notes

  • This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
  • Only apply if you currently hold a Level III Armed Security License.
  • This role may offer opportunities for future contracts with Zona Facta across Texas.
