Who are you?
You're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. At C&N, we're seeking a Branch Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operational success of our branch while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.
In this role, you'll oversee retail operations, maintain operational controls, support branch audits, manage cash operations, and assist with coaching teammates on operational procedures. You will be responsible for:
  1. Branch Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operational functions of the branch by maintaining operational controls, completing required reports, managing cash operations, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  2. Cash Management & Teller Operations: Support teller operations by processing transactions, overseeing vault and ATM balancing, maintaining branch cash levels, and ensuring operational accuracy.
  3. Operational Excellence & Compliance: Help prepare the branch for internal audits, implement operational procedures, monitor branch performance, and maintain a safe, secure, and compliant operating environment.
  4. Leadership & Team Development: Support the Community Office Manager by coaching teammates, providing operational guidance, coordinating training, and assisting with employee development. This position may include supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements:
Education & Experience - You will need a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) AND 2-4 years of previous related experience in cash handling and/or customer service setting, preferably in a banking environment OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
