Job description

NAVA Software solutions is looking for an IT Operator (ATM operations)
Details:
IT Operator (ATM Operations)
Location : Merrifield,VA
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Hours: 12 hour rotation, includes weekends and holidays
Responsibilities.
  • Manage ATM enterprise to ensure optimum performance and availability.
  • Monitor ATMs using related consoles or dashboards to confirm machine performance
  • Detect, isolate, record, escalate and resolve ATM operational issues, incidents and outages
  • Create and update incident and service tickets using ESQ Operations Bridge, NCR @YourService and Branch & ATM Status Page
  • Collaborate with internal teams and/or vendor to resolve ATM enterprise system outages in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Dispatch services for ATM component failures and outages; update incident tickets with resolution
  • Perform and document results of security related tests and provide reports
  • Create and update Branch and ATM status page for near real-time faults and outages

Qualifications - All required unless otherwise noted
  • 1-2 years of ATM and/or network monitoring experience
  • Effective Customer Service and/or Call Center communication skills
  • Ability to respond quickly and accurately in high pressure situations
  • Ability to effectively manage tasks and job duties with shifting priorities
  • Ability to document and apply policies, standards and procedures
  • Exposure to validating system availability and performance
  • Working knowledge of enterprise systems, terminal knowledge and IT terminology
  • Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective skill exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions
  • Effective skill in producing desired results and achieving goals and objectives
  • Effective skill supporting a global 24/7/365, member/customer focused services operation
  • Working knowledge of ATM and enterprise system monitoring tools a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Other duties as assigned
