Join our fast-growing team at Mercantile Bank as a Part-Time Live ATM Banker and experience the excitement of providing exceptional customer service with the ability to work a hybrid remote schedule after the initial training period.   • Assist customers from all over the state of Michigan with their Live ATM transactions and inquiries
  • Utilize technology to assist customers virtually
  • Wow customers with your problem solving and ability to think "outside the box (or ATM machine)

What We're Looking For
To excel as a Part-Time Live ATM Banker at Mercantile Bank, you must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers in a virtual setting. Schedule
The Live ATM department is open 8:00am-6:00pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am-1:00pm on Saturdays. 9:00am-6:00pm three days a week and Saturdays 9:00am-1:00pm. You'll be expected to be in-office for the first few months while you're learning the features of the various systems and problem solving the needs of customers. After you're comfortable with the systems, processes, and Mercantile products and services you will have the opportunity to work from home 2-3 days per week if you wish. You must be able to come into the office at least once a week.
