As ATM Central Processing Specialist:

  • Board and process all ATM related claims.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of Visa and Star's claim regulations, Federal Regulation E and Z, and the Bank's policies and procedures resolving disputed transactions.
  • Make outbound phone calls to customers in order to verify ATM transactions.
  • Independently provide technical and analytical support to various departments and branches.
  • Performs ATM settlement and research.
  • Participates in other special projects and performs other job-related duties.
Requirements:

Must be detail oriented to ensure all facts have been discovered and effects of recommendations have been identified. Must maintain confidentiality of data and individuals opening claims.


Two-to-three years’ progressive experience in banking operations desired. Must possess strong PC and math skills with a working knowledge of TS, Excel and Word software. Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills are required.
