- Safety mindset with a willing to learn attitude.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, and variable temperatures.
- Framing experience is considered an asset.
- Capable of lifting at least 50lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with power tools is considered an asset.
- Construction experience is considered an asset.
