• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and evaluations to establish individualized treatment plans that address each client's specific mental health needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to individuals, families, and groups.
• Facilitate therapy sessions and incorporate flexible, solution-focused strategies that empower clients to overcome challenges and set realistic goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care through participation in workshops, training, and professional development initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure the holistic care of clients.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at ATI Behavioral Institute, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving their mental health and quality of life through tailored interventions and support.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in clinical settings.
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and walks of life.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other relevant technologies to manage case documentation efficiently.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment.
• Evidence of teamwork and collaborative practices in a healthcare environment.
• A solid understanding of the legal and ethical standards governing mental health counseling.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our competitive compensation package includes:
