• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for each client, ensuring a personalized approach to mental health care.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy in individual, group, couples, and family settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address client needs holistically, including participating in case reviews and treatment planning.
• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of each case.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and seminars to stay current on best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Your caseload will include a diverse range of clients, from individuals and couples seeking guidance to families dealing with complex mental health issues. You will focus on those who lack sufficient access to mental health services, offering compassionate and empathetic care to promote healing and personal growth.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is essential, with a preference for those with clinical experience.
• Strong understanding of the ethical and legal standards pertaining to mental health counseling.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and related technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma is highly desirable.
• Experience utilizing various therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.

• Annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, determined by experience and availability of caseloads.
