Job description

Precision Fitness is seeking motivated professionals to join our team of Athletic Trainers, Personal Trainers, Strength Coaches, and Massage Therapists. Must possess a strong working knowledge of exercise science, biomechanics, pre and post rehabilitation and program design for both athlete and general client populations.
The certified Personal Trainer will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of client service while providing personalized instruction to each client.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and implement exercise programs to meet a variety of populations.
  • Provide motivation and encouragement for each client
  • Demonstrate exercises and ensure client is performing correctly
  • Provide modalities within scope of practice to optimize client outcomes
  • Effectively manage appointments and be punctual for each session
  • Have a basic understanding of nutrition
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certification required
  • NSCA, NASM, ACSM preferred
  • Degree in exercise science or related field preferred.
