Job description

Description
The first priority for all RAC Front Line Team Members, including Kids Club Associates, is to make sure every interaction with a member is focused on the Member Experience First. RAC Kids Club Associates provide quality care for RAC members and guest ages 6 months up to 7 years. Kids Club associates work multiple part-time shifts weekly providing excellent customer service to all Rochester Athletic Club members.
We are currently hiring applicants who are at least 16 years old.

Requirements
  • Flexibility in schedule: currently hiring associates for:
    • Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 4:00-8:00 PM
    • Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Successful at multi-tasking
  • Ability to perform physical aspects of job, including standing for long periods of time, bending, and reaching
  • Attend meetings as required
  • Wear RAC uniform
