Overview

Titan America LLC is a leading environmentally and socially progressive heavy building materials company located in the eastern United States. Titan America is a part of the TITAN Group, an independent, multiregional producer of cement and other related building materials headquartered in Athens, Greece. Our products include cement, aggregate, readymixed concrete, and fly ash beneficiation. TITAN Group has a track record of continuous growth since its establishment in 1902. It has expanded its production and distribution operations into 13 countries, employing more than 5,500 people. Our products protect human life and personal property, improve the quality of life, generate economic prosperity, and connect society.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Outside Sales Representative for the Tri-County region, to be based out of the Miami-Dade, Broward, West Palm Beach area.  This exempt position will report directly to regional Sales Manager.  

Responsibilities

The position responsibilities are to sell ready mix concrete and concrete block; develop, analyze, and maintain market intelligence; network, build and maintain customer relationships internally and externally; promotional activities and trade association involvement. 

Qualifications

The appropriate candidate will possess.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and reasoning skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to have deep business discussions with customers.
  • Technically oriented and computer literate.
  • Desire to win and produce results.
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record for the past seven years.

Required Experience:

  • At least five years of successful sales and business development experience from the building industry.
  • College degree a plus.
  • Experienced in market analytics and planning.
  • Demonstrated leadership/managerial potential.
  • Demonstrated talent to be innovative and creative.
