As we continue to grow rapidly, we are looking for an Administrative Regional Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a true champion of teamwork. In this role, you aren't just a manager-you are a key player in a forward-thinking organization that values innovation, professional growth, and outstanding patient care.



The Dual-Leadership Model
You will serve as a vital part of our Regional Management Team. Working side-by-side with a Clinical Regional Manager, you will lead several WIS facilities to ensure a seamless bridge between front-office administration and clinical excellence. This collaborative approach ensures shared accountability and a unified culture across all our teams.



What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Operational Leadership: Lead daily administrative operations at assigned sites, ensuring every facility meets its clinical and operational objectives.
  • Workflow Optimization: Conduct weekly site visits and monthly performance assessments to refine workflows, reduce delays, and enhance the patient experience.
  • Data-Driven Management: Maintain site dashboards to track and report on exam volume, no-show rates, charge captures, and growth targets.
  • Team Development: Partner with HR and Compliance to lead training and performance management for front-office staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professional development.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Facilitate regular regional meetings to align administrative and clinical goals, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee inventory, audit charge captures, and coordinate with billing and revenue cycle teams to ensure administrative accuracy.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a healthcare or imaging environment.
  • Leadership: A proven track record of motivating multidisciplinary teams across multiple locations.
  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with EMR/PACS systems (Infinitt experience is a major plus!).
  • Communication: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to foster collaboration between clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Mobility: A willingness to travel regularly (approx. 50%) between assigned regional locations.
