Job description

MAN TECH seeks a motivated, proactive, creative, career and customer-oriented Business Development and Capture Executive to join our team in Herndon, VA. This is a hybrid position. This highly visible and accountable position requires experience, proven results, customer relationships, and knowledge of Department of Justice (DOJ) components, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), offices and stakeholders. Reporting to the Vice President of Growth, this position works with the most senior leaders across MANTECH to develop and execute account strategy and drive business growth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Strategic Business Growth: Drive new work and expand existing contracts within the DOJ, specifically focusing on the FBI, DEA, USMS, and ATF to deliver measurable results.
* Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Maintain a qualified 3-year sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities, updating CRM tools daily, and conducting regular "Gate Reviews" with senior leadership.
* Customer & Relationship Engagement: Foster deep relationships with agency leadership and industry partners to ensure 100% engagement throughout the deal lifecycle and facilitate strategic teaming.
* Capture & Technical Leadership: Act as the initial Capture Manager for deal development and author essential artifacts, including SOWs, white papers, and technical proposals.
* Market & Budget Intelligence: Analyze IC market trends and customer budgets (NIP/MIP) to design creative, outcome-based growth strategies aligned with ManTech's capabilities.
* Internal Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and practice groups to align internal investments with account strategies and successfully close deals. Minimum Qualifications: * 7+ of experience selling technology support services to the Federal Government as a Federal Systems Integrator.
* Prior successful experience developing business to and/or strong relationships within DOJ, including knowledge of the various organizations and missions, that resulted in business growth.
* Strong reputation in the DOJ customer communities with a mix of direct program experience coupled with direct experience in the realm of Federal business development.
* Demonstrated track record of winning opportunities, as a prime Federal Systems Integrator contractor, in the $25 to $100M range. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience winning opportunities greater than $100M, is desired. Clearance Requirement: * U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
* Ability to hold and maintain an FBI VAR Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
* Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
* The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
