Job description

The Cashier is responsible for performing the checkout and ATF Form 4473 completion process for all guests at Shooters World. As such, this position is stationed at either the Firearm Transaction or Checkout area.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and collect payments
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits, and/or or change for each transaction
  • Accurately complete required paperwork and background checks required for firearm sales
  • Answer phone calls
  • Connect with Customers by graciously listening to questions or concerns; asking open ended questions; recommending solutions; answering questions and responding to concerns in a timely manner
  • Ability to operate, demonstrate and explain merchandise - understand and be proficient in restricted and non-restricted sales, refunds/returns, consignment, gift cards, member and nonmembers use of the facilities
  • Other duties as determined by the needs of the business
