Cuentas con experiencia en atencion telefonica con un nivel nativo Frances?, buscas un nuevo proyecto estable donde poder desarrollarte profesionalmente en el marco de una compania multinacional?

Desde EULEN Flexiplan, Division de Soluciones Globales de RRHH y Empleo de Grupo EULEN, seleccionamos Gestores/as Telefonicos/as con nivel Nativo en Frances para Importante Multinacional de Seguros de hogar ubicada en Tres Cantos.

Cual es tu mision?

Revisar las coberturas de la poliza de los asegurados, resolver cualquier duda o problema que pueda surgir, coordinar con otros departamentos y profesionales los servicios que se prestan en cada caso y llevar a cabo el seguimiento del siniestro hasta su tramitacion en Frances.

Que te ofrecemos?

- Incorporacion inmediata

- Contrato inicial a traves de EULEN Flexiplan: 3 + 3 meses con posibilidad real de incorporacion en la empresa.

- Formacion inicial retribuida  de L a V  en horario de manana  de 9h a 15h y puesto presencial.

- Distribucion de la jornada: L-V de 09h-18h,10h-19h,14h-22h con un sabado al mes donde se reitribuira con un plus de fin de semana de 0,59/h.

- Disponibilidad para trabajar dos fines de semana al mes (si es necesario)

- Salario Hora bruto normal:9,28/h.

  • Disponibilidad para trabajar dos fines de semana al mes si fuera necesario
  • Experiencia previa en Atencion telefonica al cliente
  • Residencia en provincia del puesto vacante
