Position Overview
The Regional Healthcare Sales & Marketing Representative will drive business growth by developing new client relationships, promoting ATC Healthcare's staffing services, and increasing brand visibility within the healthcare industry. This role combines sales, marketing strategy, and relationship management to achieve growth targets and expand our regional presence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new healthcare facility contracts across assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision-makers, administrators, and HR personnel in hospitals, clinics, long-term care, and behavioral health facilities.
  • Conduct in-person visits, calls, and virtual presentations to promote staffing services.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure client needs are understood and met efficiently.
  • Attend networking events, health fairs, and chamber of commerce functions to increase brand exposure.
  • Develop and execute local marketing campaigns and digital outreach strategies.
  • Track sales activity and report progress to management.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development (staffing experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of healthcare staffing operations and client relationship management.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and knowledge of VSM's preferred.
