Job Description

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for managing customer relationships, preparing quotations, processing orders, supporting strategic accounts, and working with clients regarding the return process. Working closely with both the Outside Sales Representative and Sales Management Team, this position serves as a key point of contact with customers and plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth.

 Primary Responsibilities

  • Returns Management & Asset Recovery
  • Manage daily customer inquiries and requests.
  • Prepare quotations, work with operations on deliveries, reservations, and rental stock levels.
  • Follow up on outstanding quotations and opportunities.
  • Build relationships with existing customers to increase account penetration.
  • Coordinate equipment availability with operations teams.
  • Maintain CRM records and customer activity.
  • Support the Outside Sales Representative with account development activities.
  • Assist Sales Management with major account initiatives.
  • Assist in managing strategic and national accounts.
  • Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of service.
