Job description

Come join the party! Our ideal candidate is someone who loves problem solving, working in a fast paced cafe environment, has excellent customer service skills, a great work ethic, and thrives in a team environment. Iconik is a very busy cafe with excellent coffee service and food to match.


In this position, you will cross-train for all front of house positions, beginning with bar-back, to Floor, to Barista. You will also be scheduled at all three of our locations, giving you variety in your job role and in your physical work place. You must be able to work at least 25 or more hours per week to work at Iconik.
